Title:
Rule 1:	Always respect the property and privacy of others!
Rule 2:	generally Check-out time is 10:00 am. This is negotiable with the Property Manager at place.
Rule 3:	Pets may be allowed in some Cottages ONLY With the management pre-approval. It will be $100 extra charge per Pet for the required detailed cleaning after leaving. Call for more details.
Rule 4:	No outside music.
Rule 5:	Only one vehicle per cottage. Second wehicle may be allowed With the management pre-approval
Rule 6:	Speed limit: <strong class="stress">SLOW</strong>
Rule 7:	You are responsible for your guest.
Rule 8:	Overnight guest subject to additional charge.
Rule 9:	Feel free to use the outdoor facilities, but please share!
Rule 10:	Have a great holiday! Please report anything you find broken or would like to have but cannot find. We might have it for you.
